Life Journey and Resilience Coach

I have four wonderful children (2 of which are now adults!)  I know you’re looking at my pic and saying WHAT?!  I’m actually a grandma too!

Let me explain: 

I was a teen mom.  Yep!  I had my first daughter at 17! I thought I had all the answers but truthfully I just believed in myself and followed my heart.  Looking back, of course, I had a lot to learn about being a parent but I was determined. What did I learn?  How to believe in ME!

I got married at 21, had another baby girl, and then guess what?  I was divorced by 24!  I tend to do things upside down and backward.  What did I learn in my early twenties?  Resilience!

I returned to school when I was 30  and found my passion for helping others through 5 years of evening classes, intensive courses, and summer programs. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia in 2010.  What was my true learning? Following my passion is non-negotiable!

My two youngest are now navigating elementary school, building friendships, and having a blast having playdates with their nephews.
